Collaborators: Neil CooperIn 2016, I was asked to move across the globe to Edinburgh, Scotland, to lead a digital transformation project for Scottish Widows, a subsidiary of Lloyds Bank in London. The project focused on developing an application that enabled customers to view their pensions and make changes to payments and allocations. The launch of this application reduced call center volume by over 40%, and the design system we created for the app was adopted company-wide.
